Criminal Justice Consultant
Key Role:
Serve as support staff for the Performance Measurement Tool (PMT) project at US DOJ. Maintain responsibility for routine office tasks, including handling incoming mail and other documents, develop drafts, proofread and edit correspondence and documents, and maintain of record tracking and filing systems. Conduct data input and analysis and retrieve information and documents from databases and the Internet. Arrange logistics for meetings and provide support, including note taking, meeting summation and distribution, and follow up.
Basic
Qualifications:
1 year of experience with social sciences or criminal justice
Experience with criminal justice research, data collection, and analysis
Public Trust clearance required
AA or AS degree and 3 years of experience in a professional work environment or BA or BS degree
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Public Trust clearance is required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
