Database Administrator
Key Role:
Confer with users, gain comprehension of information needs, study systems flow, data usage, and work processes, and investigate problem areas. Improve operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures. Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues. Maintain the database by assisting with the establishment of policy, standards, and controls. Prepare for database expansion by studying plans and requirements, advising senior technical management, and coordinating design efforts. Accomplish platform upgrades and improvement.

Qualifications:

years of experience with database development or administration
Experience with using one of the following relational database management systems: Oracle Standard Edition, Microsoft, SQL Server Standard Edition, or MySQL Enterprise Edition
Experience with database design or architecting of data structures
Experience with development of database stored procedure modules, triggers, or developing queries
Active Secret clearance
BA or BS degree
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
