Job Description
Workforce Staffing is currently looking for someone with 1
years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Must have experience in Quickbooks. Pay is DOE, shift will be from 8-5pm.
Accounts Receivable Duties:
-Collection calls for 30 days past due
-Work with Credit & Collections Manager to resolve issues & adjustments
-Receive cash receipts and apply to customer accounts
-Scan deposits to bank for processing
-Review bank accounts online for wires and ACH received and record deposits
Accounts Payable Duties:
-Receive and review AP invoices
-Resolve any issues and incorrect charges
-Assign General Ledger account number & enter invoices into computer
-Assist with month-end reconciliations and vendor payments
Customer Service
-Receive calls and emails from customers to assist with providing invoices
-Customer call backs to assist them in any way they need help
-Assist with quarterly seminars, to include: process mailings to attendees, assist customers with registration, assist with post seminar processing of certificates and other duties
Technical/Professional Knowledge
-Strong attention to details and excellent organization
-Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
-Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers
-Excellent written communication, to include proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation
-Have a strong desire for constant learning and be a team player
-Strong spreadsheet skills and ability to use 10-key by touch
-Have a strong desire for constant learning and be a team player
-Minimum of one year of AR experience, and one years of AP experience
-College degree a plus, but not required
-Must have experience in Quickbooks.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
