Customer Service Representative

Job Description
Customer Experience Associates are primarily responsible for assisting consumer and commercial customers with their banking needs. A successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service. Higher compensation may be available for bilingual representatives.
Full Time, Hours of Operation:
6am-7pm Monday Friday, Saturday 9am-3pm (Excluding Federal Holidays)
Responsibilities
Address customer inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner
Provide excellent customer service to commercial and consumer banking customers
Work with other banking teams to address customer concerns
Handle inbound customer service calls
Strive to build lasting relationships with our customers
Assist customers in setting up online and mobile banking services
Meet call evaluation requirements
Adhere to bank policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. Customer service experience and banking experience preferred. Candidate must be dependable, detail-oriented, observant, and thorough. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal communication skills and proficient computer skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
