MGM Resorts is seeking a Human Resources Director in Las Vegas, NV.
The Human Resources Director works closely with the VP Human Resources for planning and directing all aspects of the propertys talent and human resources function, including ensuring adherence to labor laws, regulations, and HR corporate policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Professional Human Resources experience.
- Strong leadership abilities, sound judgment, superior problem solving and decision making skills to effectively manage the department.
- Ability to work independently and to deal with ambiguity is critical.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
