Description:
The Scrum Master will be standing in for a current contractor going on leave. It's short-term for only 30-50 days. They will be working on several projects within the PMO with multiple Agile teams.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Act as Scrum Master on multiple agile teams
Communicating status to internal and external stakeholders
Facilitating Scrum ceremonies, grooming, stand-ups, team communications, and decision making with the team
Planning and tracking Beta Testing and User Acceptance Testing in partnership with Product Owners
This position is also responsible for the ongoing development of the team within the Agile framework and continuous improvement of Engineering processes, product quality, and quantity of work delivered.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience leading an Agile Scrum team at a fast-paced software company

years technology related industry experience
3
years of experience leading or managing technical teams directly as a Scrum Master or Program Manager
Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous issues
Outstanding time management skills and attention to details
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, Find a way to get it done attitude
Ability to troubleshoot details while maintaining the big picture view
General knowledge of hardware and software technologies related to PEGA products
Ability to understand complex technical issues and facilitate resolution
Ability to communicate well with internal and external technical audiences
Ability to triage scrum team issues based on priority, impact, risk, release timing.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to manage high-pressure situations and build trust with stakeholders
Required / Desired Skills
Previous experience leading an Agile Scrum team at a fast-paced software company (Required 5 Years)
Experience leading or managing technical teams directly as a Scrum Master or Program Manager (Required 3 Years)
Agile (Required 4 Years)
Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous issues (Required 3 Years)
Strong communication and presentation skills (Required 3 Years)
