As a Client Services Manager for Pensionmark, located in Novato, CA, you will serve as client liaison assessing and prioritizing client needs, managing accounts and ensuring complete and prompt follow-through on all service requests. Previous experience managing successful client services or call center environments will be essential as you will be responsible for performance metrics, reporting, and analysis of trouble tickets and resolutions. Utilize your previous experience managing multiple client relationships, adhering to service level agreements and overseeing client status reporting and billing in this client management role.
