Plan and direct the sales effort for assigned product line within established territory. Deploy sales strategies and techniques to promote existing accounts, secure new and expand existing account sales and improve competitive position.
Identify, qualify, and pursue current and prospective accounts within territory, identify buying authority and decision maker. Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationship with customer throughout the identification and understanding of customer's business needs within recycling.
Contact and establish sales appointments for self. Consult with customers regarding their needs, product, attributes, availability and use in a manner that results in securing business.
Quote pricing and credit terms and prepare sales order or agreements.
Provide leadership and sales support to regionally based independent representative and distributor channels in the achievement of sales goals, including the effective communication of identified sales strategies; new product development and product launch efforts, promotional campaigns and new or revised pricing strategies.
Provide input to senior leadership in the preparation of annual sales projections and forecast
Sales Force.com: Track, maintain, and analyze detailed records regarding customer base, contact information, account activity and anticipated shifts in buying pattern in order to maximize sales in region and market share.
Review and recommend for approval arrangements that deviate from standard but may result in new or expanded sales opportunities.
Ensure customer retention and satisfaction through the timely identification and resolution of customer concerns. Ensure the involvement of all appropriate company resources to expedite resolution.
Coordinate participation and represent Company at industry related buyer group shows, trade shows and industry related events.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Associates degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related academic field.
Minimum of 5 years related sales experience within a related or similar market, including a minimum of 1 year within a sales leadership capacity.
Demonstrated track record of managing year over year improvements in revenue, profit, customer satisfaction and growth through own efforts and the efforts of diversified sales channels.
Must be able to travel approximately 60% of the time.
Superior oral and written communications skills and the ability to influence and others and conduct effective negotiations.
Demonstrated ability to make sound, accurate decisions. Supports decision with facts and reasoning.
Experience with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Includes appropriate people in decision making process.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
