Production Supervisor

Leading and supervising the employees on either the first shift or the weekend shift in the liquid paint production area;
Ensuring compliance to environmental, productivity, quality and health and safety standards;
Enforcing policies and procedures, applying disciplinary action as needed;
Identifying and implementing continuous improvement projects;
Preparing production reports and records;
Coordinating departmental maintenance and engineering needs;
Inventory analysis;
Ordering and purchasing necessary equipment or materials for production.
Education: 4-year degree required; technical engineering disciplines preferred.
Required Skills:
2
years of production leadership experience;
Experienced in environmental, quality, health and safety compliance standards;
Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills;
Ability to lead process improvements in a team environment;
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple operations;
Able to work either 1st Shift or Weekend Shift;
Liquid paint experience is a plus.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
