Project screening, financial risk analysis and advise on financial viability of projects including solar, biomass, wind and other technologies. Structure and finance PPA. Structure and finance ESPC / UESC. Develop tailor made financial solutions for customers. Develop risk mitigation strategies. Liaise/negotiate with all project parties including banks and insurance companies through financial close. Manage the company internal approval process for financings. Understand accounting treatments for a variety of financing structures including sale of receivable, leases, managed service agreements and project financing. Create and maintain pricing models for a variety of complex opportunities. Assist and train project developers/sales/business development professionals on pricing models. Work across sectors and business units to develop pricing, financing and negotiating strategies. Understand FAR requirements with respect to pricing and cost build up.
Requirements
Minimum ten years experience. 7 years experience in energy finance, structured finance, project finance, leasing or banking. Experience with renewable energy financing structures, including leveraging tax benefits. Experience with funding power purchase agreements a plus. Experience financing energy savings performance contracts a plus. Experience in managing / influencing cross functional teams. Experience in developing project pricing models and performing scenario analysis. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Detail oriented and ability to prioritize work and multitask effectively. Ability to work well in both a team setting and independently. Capable of working in a fast paced, dynamic environment, and motivated to drive change and foster an environment to help achieve business results. Communicate effectively with all levels of management both orally and in written form. Advanced level MS Excel skills with the ability to design complex models. Familiarity with Access and other data base programs a plus. Understanding of government contracts, FAR and CAS a plus.
Education
Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, business management, engineering or related discipline with a MBA (finance concentration a plus)

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
