Senior Sales Project Manager
8:30AM--5:00PM M-F
Experienced project professional will manage projects for the company sales channel by utilizing project management key methodologies. This manager is accountable for managing multiple projects and plays a key leadership role. The candidate must be a self-starter that possesses drive, passion and ability to assign tasks to appropriate owners and hold resources accountable to committed timelines. Projects will include product and packaging development through repackaging, formula, or artwork updates as well as new products from concept to shelf. The perfect candidate will be an all star project manager with related experience.
Duties-Responsibilities Summary
Manage projects: Define scope, develop, execute and manage project plans, including communication with stakeholders
Assertively, persistently, and independently seek out answers on behalf of the client
Develop and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships
Provide progress reports to management
Work collaboratively with other departments to automate processes, improve functionality and identify process improvement opportunities
Provide education, training and presentations on project updates, new processes and tools for users. Create and maintain user documentation and policy and procedures when deemed appropriate
Education/Skills/Background
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent work experience; Master's degree preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Minimum 5 years experience in a business setting managing projects or Master's degree and minimum 3 years relevant experience
Strong MS Office knowledge and extensive experience using Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Ability to present information to senior management
Excellent project management skills
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously without compromising quality
Proven background leading cross-functional initiatives
