Coordinates special documents to cover unusual loan terms w/ legal department.
Ensures all title issues are met and that loan is properly recorded.
Review & analyze title report to determine issues & any present or potential risk.
MUST KNOW LASER PROEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
