HomeWell Senior Care of Mercer County is a non-medical home care company located in Pennington, NJ. We have an immediate opening for a P/T - PRN/On call position (lead to Full Time). We're looking for a compassionate, reliable, experienced RN/Office Manager to perform assessments for our clients, as well as office management responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Valid RN license from the State of NJ. BSN degree and 2 years combined public health nursing and progressive professional responsibilities in public health nursing; or a registered nurse in good standing having 2 years combined public health nursing and progressive professional responsibilities in public health nursing. Computer skills needed. Valid NJ driver's license. Possession of automobile with required documentation and insurance. Ability to make home visits as well as work in an office environment. Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend English. Pass a criminal background check.
Job Requirements:
Perform client assessments including: health status, functional ability, cognitive status, etc. Develop the client Plan of Care as needed. Train and supervise Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA's) and Certified Nursing Assistant's (CNA's) . Maintain appropriate client and staff documentation records as per agency policy. Make home visits to assess client status. Provide Agency's orientation, training and in service education. Manage office to include administrative duties, assist in hiring and orientation process for CHHA's and CNA's, write performance evaluations as required, and other responsibilities as needed. Reports to the owner.
Compensation: $26 - $33/hour based on experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
