You will need to have exceptional customer service and organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, learn a proprietary computer system, and have an outgoing personality. The assistant manager is the primary person managing past due accounts, both inside and outside the office.

You must be able to maintain a valid driver's license, have a personal vehicle which will be used for work daily and at minimum, liability insurance
Basic computer skills and the ability to accurately type at least 35 wpm
You will be required to pass a criminal and credit background check prior to being employed
Saturday work is required during the months of November - February, and throughout the year as needed, and at least one late night a week.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
