Our client, an environmentally friendly construction materials producer, seeks a Permanent Senior Polymer Chemist with Asphalt Emulsion Experience for either Fort Worth, TX. Or Hampshire, IL.
Our client an environmentally friendly construction materials producer has engaged us to search for a direct hire Senior Polymer Chemist. This position pays a highly competitive salary. Relocation assistance for candidates will be offered.
A Qualified Candidate for this position would have:

A PhD in Polymer- Organic Chemistry with a with strong background in polyurethane chemistry.
A minimum of 10-15 years of recent experience in polyurethane construction sealants, manufacturing processes, pre-polymer syntheses, sealant formulations, ASTM specifications and QC testing is required. As well as an understanding of different construction sealants, including MS and STP is essential.
The candidate should be familiar with instrumentation, formulation, and testing of raw materials.
The candidate should be available to work Monday through Friday from 8:
30 a.m. to 5:
00 p.m. This would include a one hour lunch.
The candidate would rarely work a weekend, perhaps once or twice a year.
