Production Supervisor, Flex Shift 48023

Directing the production line employees; Scheduling personnel after analyzing work orders to estimate employee hours and equipment required; Computing stock and supplies required for operations; Planning flow of materials through the department according to work orders; Conducting regular visual line checks; Collecting, tracking and reporting production information and variance data; Analyzing situations and making decisions on how to proceed including contacting site management as deemed necessary; Interfacing with others in the organization to ensure customer deadlines are met.
4-year degree required.
Required Skills:
1-3+ years of experience in a production environment, food or CPG industries preferred; Knowledge and understanding of the processes and mechanics of production line equipment; Able to train, develop and manage employees; Familiar with GMPs, quality and hygiene standards for food manufacturing; Creative thinking and deductive reasoning skills; Available to work all shifts and weekends as needed; Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
