Nicholas Michaels Spa is seeking a Guest Service Representative (Part time)

As a Receptionist Guest Service Representative you'll be responsible for exceeding our guest expectations by providing them with impeccable guest service in the spa.
Responsibilities include receiving guest at check-in with a warm welcome, caring for their experience, and providing them with a positive check out.
Other duties include: answering phones, scheduling appointments and knowledge of spa products and services offered, performs various administrative functions as assigned.
Best suited for this position should be outgoing, self-motivated, enthusiastic with a professional appearance and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
Other requirements include:
Customer Service skills: Position continually requires demonstrated poise, service with a smile, tact and diplomacy
Previous spa, salon, retail, luxury, call center or reservation booking experience in a fast-paced service environment
Excellent (English speaking) communication skills
Positive attitude and enthusiasm
Team player with good organizational and interpersonal skills
Strong PC and keyboarding skills
Able to handle multiple duties simultaneously
Available to work varied shifts and evenings a must
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
