We are a high energy, fast paced, marketing and advertising firm. We represent one of the top Fortune 500 companies in the nation. We are hiring for entry level positions and cross training into upper level Director of Operations position.
We do all of the training on the job. We promote within our own company. We hire only within our company for the Director of Operations position.
Benefits and Pay Structure: Guaranteed Hourly Bonuses Un-capped Commission - added on top of hourly, bonuses, and performance incentives.
Entry Level Marketimg positions = $400- $1000
a week (on average)
6-10 months of hands -on training to Director of Operations position
Director of Operations = $75- $150K
per year
Ideal candidate would be a sharp, motivated, independent, hard worker, and quick learner. Someone that wants to help others and most of all, help themselves.
