Medical Interviewer, for Call Center. Work from home
We are a specialized Contact Center Service Provider, with an immediate need and seeking actively licensed RN's, LPNs, or Other Medical Professionals to fill the duty of a medical interviewer.
RN's whom are bilingual (fluent) are encouraged to apply. Currently we are seeking, in the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Polish, and Korean
Duties Include:
Answer Inbound Calls from patients
Read client-approved script to patients, gathering information
Enter answers to questions into computer system
Work as an independent contractor
Basic Requirements:
Minimum of a 2 year degree, prefer experience or degree in life sciences/healthcare. Ideal if you are a Nurse (RN/LPN/LVN), biotech scientist, PharmD, Pharmacist, Doctor/MD, Foreign Medical Doctor, Physician Assistant, or similar medical license or education.
Prefer US based credentials, with at least two professional references (excluding relatives)
Must have basic computer skills
Have a computer, with high speed internet access (cable modem, DSL) ( Not reimbursed)
Have a traditional landline phone (No VOIP, Satellite or Magic Jack) ( Not reimbursed)
Have a quiet workspace
Have attention to detail
Have excellent Patient Interaction Skills
Have excellent Customer Service Skills
Have excellent knowledge of medical terminology and pronunciation
Have the ability to work within a virtual team environment
Have the ability to work independently (You will be working as a contractor)
Have the ability to be available for live/mock training during daytime hours
Hours of Operations/Shifts Available:
Daytime Hours: 8AM to 8PM Eastern Standard Time
The ability to work at least 15 to 20 hours per week (in 1 hour increments or greater) during some portion of the week (Monday - Friday) between 8am and 8pm Eastern Standard Time. Particular need for the hours from 3pm to 8pm EST.
Daytime Hours are opened to RN's, LPN/LVN/Medical Professionals, Life Science Graduates
