MDS Coordinator (RN)
KR Management, LLC is currently has an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN MDS Coordinator for our team. The ideal candidate will be a strong team leader and have experience with MDS 3.0. This unit provides short-term nursing, medical and rehabilitative services to help patients continue their recovery process post hospitalization. This is a brand new 14 bed Skilled Nursing Unit inside the Oceanside Hospital in Ormond Beach.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and SKILLS
Current Florida RN License
1-2 years of experience as an MDS Coordinator
Good organization skills

Ability to work independently; be self motivated and goal-directed;
Ability to communicate effectively with considerable tact and discretion with patients, families, staff, vendors and the general public required;
