Primary Purpose of Job
Conduct Retail Training courses for dealer client contact and company internal personnel in support of company Education & Development objectives, regional and individual market needs, and company corporate mission and vision objectives.
RATE: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
Conduct assigned retail training courses, developing and/or revising training guides and lesson plans to tailor materials to varied audiences, maintaining the highest standards for quality, innovation and client focus.
Assist curriculum developers with development of course curriculum and training materials.
Ensure measurable, effective application and use of training and development at retail as evidenced by improved behaviors, knowledge and skills.
Collaborate with the Market Teams, and Education Supervisor and Team Leader, to assure Education & Development initiatives effectively reach target clients, providing reporting feedback and follow-up as required.
Assist in conducting needs analysis to identify performance/competency gaps in meeting corporate objectives.
Cross-train in MBUSA Technical courses to increase understanding of MB technology, systems, diagnostic and repair procedures
REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIOINS:
Must be able to work flexible hours/work schedule however primary hours are:
Monday/Wednesday 8am 4pm
Tuesday/Thursday 7am 2pm (week one)
Tuesday/Thursday 7am 7pm (week two)
EDUCATION:
Bachelors Degree (accredited school) or equivalent work experience with emphasis in:
Adult Learning
Computer/Information Science
Education
International Relations/Business
Teaching
Facilitation skills using Blended Learning TheoryEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
