Berkshire Health & Rehab Center is seeking an experienced RN MDS Coordinator. The MDS Coordinator will develop and complete the patient assessment process in accordance with the requirements of federal and state regulations and company policies and procedures. Strong clinical assessment skills, an understanding of the MDS 3.0 process, and a commitment to service excellence are required. We offer a supportive work environment with a stable nursing and administrative team.
