Responsibilities
The nature of the work is focused on supporting the company's financial planning and modeling technology tools and processes.
Performs technical analytics related to advanced data analysis, data mining, and source to target mapping;
Creates and maintains complex process and system diagrams;
Works with remote and onsite departments to gather and document requirements from the business;
Coordinates and communicates functional requirements of business unit and technical solutions with IT capability resources by designing and documenting advanced functional specs;
Applies global process standards to regional technology solutions;
Works with Application Engineers to implement design;
Participates in development of project plan/timeline;
Provides input into project management;
Communicates project status to management and the business;
Provides support and participates in change management at department and end user level;
Oversees and performs complex testing activities:
construction of test plans/scripts, expected results, validation of test results;
Communicates and documents system changes to the business;
Translates system functionality into business relevant language;
Leads and participates in SME discussions;
May create reports and consult on best practice configuration of systems;
May configure packaged solutions to unique and complex business requirements;
Conforms to all standards, processes, and policies.
Qualifications Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Microsoft Office Suite
