Administrator For High-Growth Outpatient Surgery Clinic
Wanted: Proven and Experienced Administrator For A Fast-Paced, High-Growth Health Care Company in Glendale, CA.
We are looking for a qualified, experienced and highly-motivated Administrator to manage a fast-growing Outpatient Surgery Clinic and ensure the delivery of quality care to our patients. If you are in line with the following goals and skills, we wish to talk to you right away.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of three (3) years of Management Experience in Healthcare, preferably in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) or Operating Room/Surgical Services in an Acute Care Setting.
Must have a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business or Healthcare, with Registered Nurse (RN) License is a big plus.
Knowledge and experience with Licensure, CMS and JC/AAAHC Accreditation, including knowledge in CMS, OSHA, Accreditation and AORN Standards.
Effective Management Skills, including Problem-Solving Skills, Financial Management, Managed Care/Third-Party Negotiations, Multi-Tasking Ability, Attention to Detail, Positive Professional Interpersonal Skills and the ability to function well and deliver results under pressure and deadlines.
Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation experience required.
Must be able to occasionally work on weekends.
Core Duties, Responsibilities and Accountability include:
Overall effective management and administration of all business, financial, operational, clinical and developmental functions and activities of the Company's Outpatient Surgery Center. These include all planning, organizing, directing and coordinating all of the facility's operations, staffing and logistical processes, procedures and activities.
Ensuring that all patient needs are met in accordance with Regulatory Requirements or Standards and Company Policy.
Ensuring efficient time management and optimization of all equipment, instruments and resources.
Compensation:
Full-Time / Salary Negotiable, Commensurate with Experience.
