Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN
LPN's needed for a 98 bed Long Term Care & Rehabilitation Facility located in Middletown, NY. LPN's will be responsible for the following:
Med Pass/treatments
Finger Sticks
Wound Care
Charting(whether it will be EMR or Hand charting)
Other duties that might be assigned by the facility
Available shifts: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am 1/2 hour break
Ideal Candidate will have 6 months to 1 year experience in a LTC, Rehabilitation facility; a valid NYS LPN Registration and current CPR certification. Interviews will be held prior to start of orientation. All interested/Qualified candidates,
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
