Dispatch Manager
This Dispatcher Position Features:
oGreat company environment oGrowth opportunity o Will be responsible for dispatching services to clients in the Washington, DC tri-state metro area.
Duties include:
Assigning chauffeurs to client reservations considering vehicle type, schedule, and chauffeur availability.
Answering client inquiries regarding changes, vehicles and client reservations.
Following up and confirming trips reservations and requirements with chauffeurs.
Providing estimated time of arrival (ETA) for right-away pick-up trips.
Liaison to contractors and sub-contractors in regards to trips scheduled.
Confirm and verify clients' baggage claim information for airport pickups, as well as clients' flight and/or train information.
Making wake-up call to chauffeurs.
Completing shift dispatch check lists, incident reports.
