DESCRIPTION:
HVAC equipment, Energy Management, Service support and replacement parts and turnkey solutions. Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information, reconcile ledger accounting and prepare financial reports by performing various duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Determines proper handling of financial transactions and approves transactions within designated limits.
Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistences in financial entries, documents, and reports.
Analyzes financial information and works closely with purchasing and manufacturing on cost accuracy and cost improvements.
Makes recommendations regarding the accounting of reserves, assets, and expenditures and internal control environment.
Financial project lead for annual Physical Inventory and Standard Cost Roll.
Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions, focusing on inventory and manufacturing variance analysis.

QUALIFACTIONS:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory, agencies, or members of the business community.
To perform this job successfully, and individual should have knowledge of Word, Excel, Access, Hyperion Enterprise and Oracle.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamental of algebra.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Must be able to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
