Summary
This position provides exceptional technical support at a deeper level to Developers, System Administrators, Business Unit Managers, and Organization Stakeholders for the client base. This position will be based in Beaverton, OR. To succeed in this role, you must use active listening skill and empathy for the customer as you research and resolve problems. Communication is at Developer to Developer and Systems Administrator to Systems Administrator levels and your software development and troubleshooting skills reassure customers struggling with problems. Independent judgment and excellent communication skills are required to manage expectations concerning outcomes that will create a favorable impression of the company and its products.
Responsibilities
Client support of Applications through Remote Web Session utilities, Phone Calls, and Email communications.
Assist with researching, analyzing, and resolving client reported issues outside of Click Applications as needed.
Identifying product areas causing the most support burden and work with the engineering and development teams to fix issues
Consulting with clients on proper hardware and software configurations as experts for the the Professional Services team
Remotely assist client's hardware and software setup, configuration, and administration of Click Applications
Continually improving internal support processes through development of new tools and processes
Provide occasional 24/7 on-call support coverage
Qualifications
Four year technical degree in EE, CS, or IS
1-3 years of experience working in a customer or internal software support position
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of Microsoft Security Principals architecture
Experience working with Internet Services, Routing, and Devices a plus
Design/develop/test and troubleshooting in a technical support role with direct customer interface experience for n-tier, enterprise class web applications, preferably involving the
Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
