Maintenance Coordinator/Handyman

MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR/HANDYMAN POSITION
Annapolis Property Services is looking for a handyman to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic and motivated handy person looking for a full time salaried position.
Annapolis Property Services specializes in long-term residential property management and currently manages over 400 properties in the Annapolis area. We are a fun, fast-paced, team-oriented company with talented and dedicated employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibility of this position is to coordinate and perform repairs requested by property owners and tenants, assist with property turnovers and perform routine inspections. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Perform routine and scheduled maintenance of properties including:
Touch-up Painting
Yard maintenance, grass cutting
Non pressurized plumbing
Hauling and trash removal
Replace air filters
Replace smoke detectors and change batteries
Install and remove signs and lock boxes
Location: Anne Arundel County
REQUIREMENTS
Phys Fitness: Must be able to lift 50lbs and be physically fit
Travel: Must have current, valid Driver's License and clean driving record (no suspensions or DUI)
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High School Degree
Experience: 1
year related experience
Background: No felony convictions must be bondable and pass a drug test.

COMPENSATION
Salary: Depending on experience
Transportation: Use of company vehicle for work related business
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
