Our New Richmond, WI based client, a world wide leader in custom manufacturing is looking for a Human Resources Manager. This individual is responsible for assisting in the design, planning, and implementation of Human Resources programs and policies for staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, and health and safety. Candidates should have a degree in Human Resources, and 5
years of HR experience. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources. The Human Resources Manager's responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Coordinate and participate in employee recruitment, interview and selection of all potential employees and conduct new-hire orientations
Accountable for all labor and employee relations in compliance with Federal and State laws
Facilitate all employee benefits including Company health and wellness program
Investigate, evaluate and analyze compensation for benchmarking purposes
Responsible for overseeing all payroll functions
Develop and lead safety initiatives and Safety Committee in conformity with Company and OSHA standards/regulations
Facilitate worker's compensation program
Implement and coordinate all Company policies and procedures
Demonstrate leadership in employee relations and provide HR support to all employees
Coach and support employee performance and oversee all employee performance reviews
Develop relationships with internal supervisors to partner in decision-making and resolve issues
Support other HR functions as neededEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
