Description:

In this role, you will provide leadership to operational oversight for HEOR to ensure first in class execution on analytic component (design and conduct) of NRDG activities, including HEOR and observational analyses.
You will also oversee operational components of field HEOR activities such as training and proper use of reporting systems.
This function will be responsible for design and execution of analysis research processes, to meet the medical plan objectives, timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities:
Staff group appropriately Coordinate with Head Ops staff in Medical, including those in each of the TA to ensure uniformity across activities within Medical Works closely with leadership in HEOR and TAs responsible for data generation to establish priorities and objectives and to drive execution within the Oncology and Specialty teams for NRDG.
Support development and implementation of project management tools and processes for all NRDG activities, including HEOR studies in the field.
Ensure positive working relationship with MDO, WW Medical, WW HEOR for planning and execution of NRDG Ensure TA expense analysis and tracking; budget preparation and support Help support learning environment for planning and conduct of NRDG across Medical, including metrics, tools to measure, and planning Accountabilities Collaborative environment Work with Operations staff in Medical (including TA Ops leads) to create highly functioning and collaborative Medical Teams Bridge NRDG analytic capabilities from US Medical to WW Medical and WW HEOR Plan execution delivering on research timelines for analyses of NRDG activities Executing plans on time and on budget Operational excellence Developing and rolling out standard processes and best practices for NDRG analyses Building project management discipline Qualifications
Qualifications:
Strong Matrix partnership and ability to be the connector across a multi-functional organization Knowledge of Medical NRDG study conduct Problem solving / solution oriented Strong BMS organizational understanding Superior intrapersonal communication skills Finance skills Detail-oriented; analytic Formal PM skills - critical path identification, I/R management, etc.
