POSITION SUMMARY
The Service Coordinator records and dispatches service calls to Service Technicians on vending, cooling and fountains calls.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Handles incoming customer and vendor calls.
Enters work orders into data-base.
Coordinates service calls.
Organizes and maintains work order system.
Enters and tracks all billing information.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma required, Associates degree in Business or related field preferred.
1 year of service related experience required.
Hands on service experience preferred.
Proficiency in the use of Business Software Suites (Microsoft Office) required. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
