National Restaurant Chain is hiring Assistant and General Managers in your area. Candidates must have at least 1 year of restaurant management experience and be at least 21 years of age.
During operating hours, our restaurant leaders focus on premium guest service as well as leading and developing their teams. Assistant Managers primarily focus on front of the house, closing the restaurant, overseeing daily store operations, upholding product quality and cleanliness, as well as building sales and maximize profits.
Our Senior Assistant Manager is responsible for training, store cleanliness, inventory, food freshness and much more! With many tasks to master, managers quickly learn they cannot do it all by themselves. Building a strong team and Running Quality Shifts (R.Q.S.) are key to success.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
