This position is location in our Oakland Branch; pay $15 - $17 DOE
Overview: The Administrative Support for the security & patrol division is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the branch office to which they are assigned. The Administrative support is also the Executive Assistant to the Branch Manager.
DUTIES:
Answer the phones and route calls as necessary to branch office personnel and/or other offices as necessary. Administrative Support needs to have an above average knowledge of corporate structure to assist and or direct customers as needed.
Maintain all facets of the guard tour system, including but not limited to, weekly reports, download pipes, new accounts, replacement of missing or malfunctioning buttons, reports for supervisory review, back-up and purging of system.
Distribute, process, and mail/fax all day notification as necessary to clients.
Process all incoming and outgoing mail. To order postage supplies as necessary.
Report all problems with the pipes in detail to the Administrative Operations Officer.
Maintain beat books, as requested by Branch or Branch Operations Managers.
Sort and distribute officer-generated paperwork, i.e. citations, incident & tow reports. To insure that all-necessary paperwork is couriered to the corporate office in a timely manner.
Insure that packets for the courier are ready upon his arrival. Distribute incoming courier packets.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
