Summary
This role will be focused on Talent Acquisition Data Analysis and Reporting.
Responsibilities
Support recurring and ad-hoc report requests.
Build report queires to extract candidate information and requisition details from ATS, CRM, and other HR Talent Acquisition databases.
Manipulate data in excel and other reporting tools.
Provide reporting support to Recruiters, TA Directors, and Sr Leadership.
Qualifications
Strong background in excel is required.
Reporting experience with Taleo ATS and/or Avature CRM is preferred.
Report visualization in Tableau is preferred.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
Ability to work with confidential information is required.
