Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements
Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results
Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications
Competent to work in some phases of systems analysis and considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment
Guides and advises less-experienced Business Systems Analysts
Competent to work at the highest technical level of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment
Knowledge of business process modeling techniques and common business models
Knowledge of regulatory requirements applicable to different circumstances
Technical Proficiencies:
Web site, Mobile web and Native Mobile application development experience
Knowledge / general familiarity with emerging and other relevant technologies and practices. Ex: HTML5, Bootstrap, Adaptive & Responsive design
Ability to evaluate and critically analyze new technologies, applications and platforms related to Digital Marketing solutions
Tool Proficiencies:
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,etc)
MS Project / Project Server / Team Foundation Services
MS Visio
PhotoShop/Adobe Creative Suite
HP Quality Center (preferred)
Bug Tracker
Consulting Proficiencies:
Ability to provide expert Digital Marketing insight at an expert level
Ability to plan, organize and/or create project requirements
Ability to communicate and present ideas/concepts to external audiences-Organized, articulate, and detail oriented
Ability to work interactively with the customer to implement their vision
Ability to build and maintain relationships with co-workers and clients
Ability to work effectively within a team
Ability to define and implement best practices
Experience working with a disciplined framework
Proven ability to embrace Root Cause AnalysisEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
