Therapeutic Staff Support - Behavior Specialist - Mobile Therapist
COMPREHENSIVE Children and Family Services - Lawrence, Butler, Mercer, Crawford and Venango counties
I. Master's Level Clinician - Counselor
Requirements:
1. Master's degree in a mental health field.
2. Documented training in the field of behavior modification techniques preferred.
3. Minimum of one year direct care experience in a child/adolescent serving system.
4. ABA Certification preferred but not required.
5. BS Licensure preferred but not required.
II. THERAPEUTIC STAFF SUPPORT - Provide support to children/adolescents and their families in the school, community, and/or home environment. School based positions, up to 30 hours per week, and additional part-time positions, up to 40 hours per week, immediately available. Retirees and applicants able to work after school and evenings are strongly encouraged to apply.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Sociology, Education, Criminal Justice or similar human services field (no experience); OR
2. Bachelor's degree in any other field or RN with one year full-time paid experience involving direct contact with children/adolescents; OR
3. Associate's degree (or sixty credits towards a Bachelor's degree) or LPN with the equivalent of at least three years of full-time paid experience involving direct contact with children/adolescents.
III. BEHAVIORAL SPECIALIST CONSULTANT- Collaborate with the treatment team, design and direct the implementation of a behavior modification intervention plan in the school, home or community setting. Master's degree in a mental health field with documented training in the field of behavior modification techniques. Minimum of two years experience required.
IV. Mobile Therapist - Provide mobile therapy to children/adolescents and their families. Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology or a recognized clinical discipline. Minimum of one year direct care experience in a child/adolescent serving system.
