Maintenance Project Manager (Pharmaceutical) - Full time 6-Month Contract position in Elkton, VA at a Fortune 100 Company
Pay Rate is $37/hour

Qualifications:
B.S., M.S. or PhD in chemical or mechanical engineering
Demonstrate leadership and teamwork skills.
Excellent analytical abilities and solid base in engineering fundamentals.
Proven communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development of project scope, upfront planning evaluation of alternative solutions, and preliminary engineering for process engineering/major engineering projects at company plants worldwide in support of sterile and non-sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing. Provided technical support during detailed engineering design, equipment procurement and fabrication, construction and installation. Is responsible for successful plant installation and operation qualification (IQ/ OQ). leads one major project and supports multiple other projects simultaneously.
Scope of work:
Define, facilitate and manage master data change (ECR) submissions for Preventive Maintenance Plans, Materials (parts), and Bills of Materials for Maintenance.
Provide Project Management and Technical resources in order to:
Provide Preventive Maintenance Plans to support a Reliability Centered Maintenance:
Transfer Materials (spareparts) and Bills of Materials from old excel template to new excel template.
Facilitate and manage master data change (ECR) submissions Maintenance Plans, Materials (spareparts), and Bills of Materials for Maintenance.
P&ID
Microsoft Excel, including but not limited to Functions, Sort, Filter, and Pivot Tables.
SAP Plant Maintenance Master Data, including but not limited to: Maintenance Plans, Maintenance Items, Task Lists, Materials and Bills of Materials
Spare Parts identification
Preventative Maintenance (PM) Planning and Strategy, including Technical Writing of maintenance job plans.
