Job Description:

Experienced Continuous Improvement Engineer is required having Responsibility for company-wide implementation of the continuous improvement program.

Required Skills:
5
years of lean/six sigma/continuous improvement experience who possesses an outgoing personality and is capable of and comfortable with interfacing with all levels of employees, to include top management.
Out of a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred, as is an engineering or technical degree.
Processes include a lot of machining and assembly, but this role will not necessarily be limited to just production, but must be able to look at all departments with an eye toward improving efficiencies.
Excellent communication skills along with skills as a self-starter are must haves.
Should have experience in lean manufacturing techniques as well as experience implementing six sigma methodologies.
Responsibility:
Responsible for company-wide implementation of the continuous improvement program.
Must be able to convey to managers and employees the value associated with continuous improvement efforts by working with them to show how waste and inefficiency negatively impacts the performance of their departments.
Will be the subject matter expert in continuous improvement methods
Documenting and value stream mapping the processes for all functions and tasks by developing flow charts and visual aids to drive quality and efficiency, implement and maintain continuous improvement boards throughout the company,
Identify and prioritize areas for reducing waste and improving efficiency, make recommendations to top management for specific lean projects, train employees on the basic methodology of lean, support and advise managers on small projects such as 5S and rapid improvement, and
Perform root cause analysis on all failures (whether man/material/or process oriented) while implementing corrective action.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
