Maintenance Technician - Experiences / Full TIme
Sentry Management, Inc. is looking for an experienced maintenance person to work in a high rise condo environment.
Experienced applicant must perform preventative maintenance and repairs while utilizing trade skills such as: plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and irrigation repairs. Must be a CPO.
The duties and requirements listed below include but are not limited to the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Role involves some lifting/carrying.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Perform assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance and painting
Maintain common areas of assigned properties
Working knowledge of replacing irrigation timers and valves
Maintain lighting systems, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps
Fence and gate repair and replacement
Must respond quickly to emergency situations
Ideal candidate will have their own power and hand tools.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision and keep track of paperwork
Must be able to climb stairs and ladders
Computer skills and a smartphone a plus!
Requirements:
Candidate must be a Certified Pool Operator
Candidate must be able to lift in excess of 50lbs.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
