Project Manager
911 Emergency Telecom Company (911 ETC) has an immediate opening in their operations group for a full-time Project Manager for VoIP. As a national leader for E911 service to the enterprise, 911 ETC has established a reputation of excellence within the industry. As a Project Manager for VoIP your main task will be the process of establishing E911 service for customers and handling data changes for current accounts. A typical E911 implementation can include but is not limited to: kick-off and ongoing calls with clients, data template builds and address verification, assistance with 911 testing, documentation of implementation progress within 911 ETC's Customer Relations Manager (CRM), and daily communication with operations group. Applicant must be highly self-motivated with the ability to troubleshoot and retain new information quickly. Must possess meticulous attention to detail, a timely and urgent care for client needs, and the ability to see a project through successfully from implementation to completion while maintaining a positive and professional relationship with clients and partners. Must enjoy the challenge of a fast-paced work environment that demands multi-tasking (for example, the ability to complete a tedious data template while tending to incoming needs from clients or coworkers).
Requirements:
Associate or Bachelor degree; field of communications is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Computer proficient with the ability to quickly learn new applications.
Proven experience in a project management role.
Background within the field of telecommunications is a plus.
Home office space.
