SUMMARYServes Resort guests by performing the following duties.
DUTIESAssist Inhouse with Check Ins and organizing getting the Owners/Guests with their assigned Concierge.
Escorts incoming hotel guests to rooms, assists with hand luggage, and offers information pertaining to available services and facilities of hotel, points of interest, and entertainment attractions.
If needed:
Inspects guests room to ensure furnishings are in order and supplies are adequate.
Explains features of room such as operation of radio, television, and night-lock, and how to place telephone calls.
Delivers messages and runs errands.
Keeps record of calls for service.
Delivers packages, suitcases, and trunks, and sets up sample rooms.
Provides guest with information regarding local restaurants, shopping and attractions, directions ( traces routes on maps) , local religious service schedules and locations, golf courses, sporting events, and child/pet careAssists guest with special requests for services such as limousine service, theater or sporting event tickets, airline and travel information.
Resolves minor guest complaints to the guest satisfaction; makes supervisor aware of major guest complaints.
Provides travel information, personalized services and arranges accommodations for all resort guests by performing the following duties.
Assists other departments as needing, including but not limited to Concierge, Sales, Inhouse Admin, Tour Desk, and Owner Referral.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
