House Cleaner/Housekeeper

Overview
1. Professionally clean customer homes using Merry Maids' unique cleaning procedures and products.
2. Overall objectives are to leave the home looking and smelling freshly cleaned and groomed.
3. Uses Merry Maids' cleaning products and procedures to clean, dust cobwebs, cleaning all hanging light fixtures and dusting baseboards and windowsills each cleaning.
4. Use Merry Maids' cleaning products and procedures to clean, sanitize, and deodorize all bathroom fixtures, showers, tubs, toilets, sinks, mirrors and vanities.
5. Move all reasonably moveable furniture in rooms to clean under and behind.
6. Vacuum all upholstered furniture, including under all cushions each cleaning.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
1. Strong and positive interpersonal skills
2. Ability to communicate with the Branch Managers and customers
3. Ability to understand and follow directions
4. Ability to differentiate between variously colored cleaning products by identifying the color and/or product name
5. Ability to define specific uses of cleaning products
6. Ability to read and understand cleaning instructions indicated on
customized service reports
7. Ability to endure strong physical demands consistently throughout the course of the day
Requirements
1. 18 years of age or older
2. High school diploma or equivalent
3. Must have clean driving record, defined as no DUI-related violations and no more than three moving violations within the past three years
4. Must have auto liability insurance that meets the minimum requirements of the state of NJ
5. Must pass complete background check, including DMV report
6. Must pass drug screening

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
