Operations Manager

As our clients hands-on Operations Manager, you will ensure effective operations by preparing work schedules, assigning tasks, coordinating the flow of work and assigned projects. You will also assume oversight of the completion of work and monitor the work of subordinates. Attention to detail, inventory and warehousing processes, demonstrated supervisory abilities, and proficiency in a manufacturing environment and in a lead supervisory role are the skills you will rely on for success in this role.
To qualify, you should hold a high school diploma (or equivalent) and possess at least 1 year of experience in a leadership/managerial position within a fast-paced manufacturing, industrial services, distribution or assembly environment. Seven years of leading supervisors is mandatory. Additionally, your background must include experience working within a 5S, Lean, Six Sigma environment.
