Job Description
Summary:
Planning and Automation duties Area of Expertise:
Planning, design, reconfiguration, construction, maintenance, and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings, structures, and other facilities.
To include Project Management, and job supervision.
Responsibilities will generally focus on one or more of the following:
Facilities Planning, and maintenance support.
Level of Responsibility:
Responsible for entire projects with significant scope and complexity Has expert knowledge that extends across multiple disciplines Education / Certifications BA/BS degree w/6 10
years experience MA/MS degree w/4 7
years experience PhD degree w/2 4
years experience Experience / Qualifications Required Skills:
- Candidates should have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to support intermediate MRP/ERP skills in PC transactions.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Project, etc.
) and AutoCAD experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Structured (CI) Continuous Improvement experience, manufacturing experience leading a diverse team with strong interpersonal skills highly preferred.
- Understanding and application of concepts related to situational management and day-to-day coaching is highly desired.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
