Auto Dealer Service Director
The Fallon Auto Mall is proud to be recruiting for a full time Service Director. We are looking for a great attitude and strong work ethic first, and experience second. We are hiring for coaching ability, compassion for our customers and employees, and the desire to be successful. We are not afraid to hire a candidate with no previous service experience. Robust training is available and we can teach you the business. This position is for a high level, professional, manager with the desire to learn. The compensation package consists of a monthly salary with sales and gross bonuses and applicants have the ability to earn $60,000 - $70,000 a year.

SUPERVISOR: General Manager
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Overall control over customer satisfaction & profitability within the service department. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a great attitude to be a part of our team.
DUTIES &
Responsibilities:
1. Hire, train & motivate service personnel.
2. Supervise service department staff including advisors, technicians, and warranty.
3. Continuously monitor customer input concerning the service department's performance.
4. Maintain high technician productivity with training, proper dispatching, hour management, & job skill level work load.
5. Coordinate with parts manager proper parts inventory stocking levels.
6. Control expenses such as shop supplies & policy adjustments and all relevant selling and operating expenses.
7. Increase sales & gross profit by generating new business with different advertising ideas & customer contact strategies.
8. Control repair order flow, supervise open repair reports & work in progress.
9. Ensure conformity with OSHA, Hazmat, safety requirements, etc.
10. Control shop tool inventory. 11. Prepare reports for the weekly managers meeting
11. Stay up to date on all current trending technology opportunities in this business and implement strategies that will keep the department current and competitive into the future.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
