Summary
The Vice President, Client Partnership role is a multi-faceted position with key responsibilities for client team leadership, delivery of effective marketing solutions for clients, and developing trusted relationships with clients. Key requirements for this role are strong leadership, success in growing revenue, advanced critical thinking, creative problem solving, proactive communication, and strong financial and risk management. The individual must possess a keen understanding of the CRM, digital/interactive marketing, data analytics, and business landscapes, and he/she will also be expected to successfully represent the Agency's B2B solutions to the market.
Responsibilities
Leads the development and implementation of integrated solutions that leverage the Agency's offerings
Participates on new business pitch teams and leads new client on-boarding for assigned accounts
Leads account teams delivering diverse solutions such as CRM, digital/interactive, and data analytics solutions, as well as B2B solutions including co-op administration, web portals, and experiential
Understands and actively participates in integrated strategy planning
Regularly participates in Agency initiatives and operational planning
Grows clients' business and Agency revenues with creative ideas and solutions
Responsible for the development and professional growth of direct reports
Collaborates effectively every day with cross-functional teams
Oversees and guides the management of account staffing, budgets and other fiscal operations impacting the Agency's P&L
Achieves revenue and margin goals for assigned client accounts
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in marketing, communication, or related field required
10
years' in a senior director/client services leadership role with responsibility for CRM, digital/interactive, and/or data analytics solutions
Significant and proven experience in the integrated marketing or advertising space, preferably at an interactive, CRM, or loyalty agency
Significant industry experience and knowledge in the automotive industry.
Experience in managing and delivering B2B marketing solutions (such as co-op administration, web portals, experiential) preferred
Track record of success in managing, coaching and developing diverse teams
An understanding of project management methods, constraints and dependencies
A proven track record directing programs and client engagements
A proven record of growing accounts and developing new business
Excellent client facing and presentation skills
Displays an understanding of data application and analytics
An advanced understanding of advertising and marketing industry trends and developments and a history of leveraging this knowledge to develop business strategies for both clients and the Agency
Strong leadership skills, including strategic thinking and execution, change management, financial acumen, and effective influencer
Excellent client facing and presentation skills
Strong written and oral communications skills, strong problem solving skills, ability to multi-task, attention to detail and organized
Ability to work in very fast paced environment and juggle multiple tasks while under extreme pressure
Service driven and self-motivated
Travel required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
