Lead Cook
Rainforest Caf and TGI Fridays in Niagara Falls, NY is looking for experienced line cooks to prepare culinary delights for our guests. Team members will have a basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills. Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by restaurant. Previous prep and line cook experience is a must. Professional communication skills are required. Ability to take direction. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
