Responsible for overall leadership of the Mobile Application Development team. Direct functional teams involved in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of large-scale IT development projects. Ensure projects are completed within committed time and budget and are integrated with other projects as necessary. As a member of the Mobile ASG lead team, collaborate to align development activities to business strategy. Interface and partner with business areas, enterprise architecture, and mobile leadership to understand direction for future mobile app solutions. Manage relationships with a variety of vendors.
Requires Masters degree in Computer Science or a related degree and 3 years of experience (or Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related degree and 6 years experience) in application program development. Must have experience in the healthcare field, as well as managing relationships with vendors. Experience must include the following: tools Atlassian Tools, DevOps Tools, OpinionLab, and Agile Development Tools; technologies Java, Python, Objective C, Android SDK, XCode, and Spring; web development services HTML5, CSS 3, Java Script, and REST Services; and databases Oracle and SQLite. Hiring requirement: drug screen and background check.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
