We are recruiting for an Assistant Program Director, who is interested in assisting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), for CSGs Adult IDD Residential Services. Help us ensure the individuals' health, safety, and welfare while enhancing the quality of their lives and integrating them into the community.
Assist the program director with general program management and location operation of multiple group homes while providing supervision, training, and guidance for residential supervisors and direct care staff. This position will also require working directly with the individuals to ensure the development and implementation of program plans and activities.
To be successful in this position you must have strong leadership and communication skills; the ability to multitask while providing supervision and guidance to staff; and the ability to provide direct care as needed.
SCHEDULE: Full-Time (40 hours per week) - Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM) - On-call and the ability to work a flexible schedule as needed by the program is required.
LOCATION: This position will be based out of Bloomsburg and will also manage locations in Catawissa & Danville, PA.

Qualifications:
You must have 1 (one) of the following:
A master's degree & 1 year of paid experience working directly with individuals with IDD; OR
A bachelor's degree & 2 years of paid experience working directly with individuals IDD; OR
An associate's degree or 60 credit hours & 3 years of paid experience working directly with individuals with IDD.
You must have all of the following:
At least 1 year supervision/management experience.
Be able to work flexible hours to meet individual's and program's needs.
A valid driver's license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle to attend trainings, meetings, and/or transport individual to appointments.
Be able to travel to trainings/meetings upon request of program director.
Be able to drive passenger vans and accompany individuals into the community and provide support and assistance in interactions in the community while maintaining sensitivity to the rights and dignity of the individual.
The ability to obtain clearances as defined by regulations.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
